Target Group and Level

The courses of the Dental Laser Institute are for dentists/hygienists/oral surgeons/orthodontists. The level of the courses are personalized depending on the participants level and are suitable for both the less experienced oral care professional and for oral care professionals with extensive experience.

Pricing

The course price includes coffee, tea, lunch, drinks, certificate/diploma and online access to 'my Dental Laser Institute'. The courses of the Dental Laser Institute are exempt from VAT.

Duration of the Courses

Unless otherwise indicated, the course starts at 09:00 and ends approx. 17:00. A (warm) lunch is served at noon.

Registration

Upon receiving of registration you will receive a confirmation by e-mail as well as the invoice. If the costs for the course have not been paid 'online', we request that you pay it within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. Your registration is only final after (full) payment. After your registration, a free cancellation period of 14 days applies. See the Cancellation section for more information.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge with full refund up to 14 days from the registration date. Within that time you can cancel your registration without costs and reasons. If you have already paid for the course, the full course fee will be refunded as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days. Cancellation within the 14-day period after registration must be done by e-mail (info@dentallaserinstitute.com)

Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the course is free of charge. After that, a cancellation fee will apply.

When cancelling your registration, costs will be charged, taking into account the following terms:

60 days to 35 days before course date: 25% cancellation fee
34 days to 15 days before course date: 50% cancellation fee
14 days to 8 days before course date: 75% cancellation fee after that you owe the full course fee

Cancellation must be made by e-mail (info@dentallaserinstitute.com). In the event that there not enough registrations for a course, the Dental Laser Institute reserves the right to cancel the course, without further obligations, up to 30 days before the course date with the registered participants.

Should The Dental Laser Institute be forced to cancel a course within 30 days before the course date, for example due to illness of the teacher, then The Dental Laser Institute offers the students the alternative to schedule the course at a later date without any additional obligations. This is subject to availability.

Liability

No rights may be derived from the information and technical data on this website www.dentallaserinstitute.com accepts no responsibility for the content of this site and/or the information and technical data supplied thereon.

No part of this website may be reproduced or used without prior consent ofwww.dentallaserinstitute.com, other than by downloading material, viewing it on a single computer and/or printing a hard copy thereof for personal and non-business use.
