Cancelation Policy

Cancellation of the course by participant

If the participant cancels the course agreement, the organizer may charge the participant the following cancellation costs: in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day (exclusive) before the start of the course:

​

  • none in case of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before: 35% of the amount paid;

  • in case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the 21st dayex) before the start of the course: 40% amount paid;

  • in case of cancellation from the day (inclusive) to the 14th dayex) before the start of the course: 50% of the paid amount;

  • in case of cancellation from the 14th day (inclusive) to the 5th day before the start of the course: 75% of the paid amount;

  • in case of cancellation from the 5th day (inclusive) until the start of the course: 90% of the paid amount;

  • in case of cancellation on the first day of later: the full amount paid.

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

 

The Participant has the right to cancel the agreement before the start of the Course trip without being obliged to make any payment if unavoidable events occur in the immediate vicinity that have significant consequences for the execution of the Course. , or that have a significant impact on passenger transport to the destination.

 

Cancellation by the Organizer

The Organizer has the right to cancel the Course no later than 42 days before the start of the Course if the number of registrations is less than 5 people. (at the Mastership 10 people)

 

The organizer can cancel the course due to a calamity. The organizer does not accept any liability in this regard.

 

Substitute:

If a participant is unable to participate in the course, the participant can be replaced by another person provided that: the other person meets all the conditions attached to the course; and the request no later than 7 days before the start of the start, formal problems that arise and can be carried out; and the conditions of the implementation cases during the execution do not oppose substitution.

 

The student and the third party as deputy of the third party payment obligation are jointly and severally liable towards the organizer for payment of the part of the sum still owed, the consequences of the amendment and communication and any additional costs as a result of the replacement.
